Crisis Resources

Immediate support for those in the midst of a crisis. 

  • 911 – The North American emergency telephone number if you’re in immediate danger.
  • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 800-273-TALK (8255) (En Español: 888-628-9454) – A 24/7 hotline that connects callers to the nearest Lifeline crisis center, where they can access crisis counseling and obtain mental health referrals.
  • Crisis Text Line – A 24/7 text line that services anyone in any type of crisis by connecting them with a support counselor. Simply text “HELLO” to 741741.
